lower literacy to assist them in finding meaningful and gainful employment.
WE ARE ON A MISSION TO HELP OTHERS SUCCEED.
That’s all we want, plain and simple. We want to help build a community of confident, knowledgeable, successful people who rule their industry.
We recognised a significant gap in the construction industry: a lack of job opportunities for women who might want to give a trade a go or work outdoors until they secured their apprenticeship. And we realised there was a need for a pathway to encourage women to consider working in construction. This realisation further highlighted the lack of adequate support available for all women of various ages backgrounds and abilities entering the workforce and the ongoing assistance required thereafter.
And that’s how Women of Trades + Industry was founded. We are backed by successful people who want to share their knowledge and skill to help you find your potential.
We will share this know-how through personal development courses, skills courses, on-the-job training, goal setting and focused employability sessions. This is your chance to find your people and create a secure life that gives you opportunities.
